[amibroker] Continuous Contracts

Hi

I have spent alot of time scrolling through this forum and still cannot 
find clarification. I need to create a continuous contract for the SPI 
ASX 200. My data is from e signal. Could somebody please give a clear 
explanation of how to do this or point me in the right direction.
