Was the problem with the QuoteTracker program or the
data supplier? I suspect it is the supplier.

I was having a lot of trouble with Quote tracker a couple of
months ago ...
too much delay in the data ... seemed like they have
inadequate bandwidth,
with very unacceptable delays when trading was a bit
heavy.
