I've done it in the past but not right now. I had a dsl and a
cable modem. I used a Nexland ISB Turbo Pro 800 Router that allowed use of
both modems and would continue with 1 if the other failed. I changed my
trading and didn't need that functionality plus within a week after buying
the Nexland Symantec bought them. Needless to say support and firmware
updates evaporated. But there are other multi-modem routers out there.
Or you could just use a regular router and switch the lines
manually - but you'll be paying for a modem/line you don't use.

Using Multiple ISPs
For real-time trading I would like to set up two different
technology ISPs, each with their own modem to increase bandwidth by
combining two low cost ISPs, and to create a Redundant Internet Connection.
Has anyone done this successfully? If so which products are you
using?
