Actually, I think that part did work fine.
The problem I had was that I wanted to 'pack' AFL code as text files, 
within the PDF (readers could then download the PDF and get the 
formula files etc all in one package).

You can do that with the original Adobe software but while Nitro says 
it can do it I couldn't manage the task after a serious effort and 
emails to Nitro support (I did get it so show the links to the 
attachments in the PDF produced but when I opened the Nitro produced 
files in Adobe reader it was 'no go'.
