I have followed your instructions but unfortunately the results are the same, no synchronization is occurring.

 

“You need to:
1. Pick: File->New->Web Research.
2. Click on "Sync" button in the toolbar and check "Sync always".

Now this window will be synced always with currently selected symbol.”
