You need to:

1. Pick: File->New->Web Research.

2. Click on "Sync" button in the toolbar and check "Sync always".

 

Now this window will be synced always with currently selected symbol.

I very much appreciate your reply.  I upgraded to V 5.08, as suggested by Marcin. Unfortunately this did not resolve the issue.  It doesn?t seem to make any difference as to which setting I choose.  The result is the same.  The research window and the chart panes will not stay in sync.  If the research window is active it will refresh however the chart windows remain static.  If the chart window is active the research window remains static.  This result occurs regardless of the sync setting chosen.  If you have any other suggestions I would be most willing to give them a try and report back.
