I don't know what is happenign on your end, maybe your templates do not have {t} marker.

You may delete weblinks.cfg file and re-run full setup of version 5.00.

I have followed your instructions but unfortunately the results are the same, no synchronization is occurring.

 

?You need to:
1. Pick: File->New->Web Research.
2. Click on "Sync" button in the toolbar and check "Sync always".

Now this window will be synced always with currently selected symbol.?
