Hello,

Sorry, but I don't get your point. Why would anyone use one provider for streaming only
and the other one for backfill (with all headache connected with
different symbols, manually downloading via say eSignal, importing, etc)?

Why making things harder and more complicated ?

Didn't you think, that instead of pushing AB to implement feed that does not have
any backfill, you would rather think about pushing the data vendor (ZenFutures) to add backfill
which is pretty essential feature?

Do you know how many data sources are on this planet that don't have any backfill.
Thousands of them. And should I connect to every such feed?

Don't you think that it makes only sense to connect to full-featured feeds?

Don't you think that the feed without backfill is useless FOR BACKTESTING and CHARTING application?
How you are supposed to backtest or chart without history?

Sorry guys, but you don't seem to understand that development and testing of dedicated plugin as it was
said before here, is about one month of work for 1 programmer. That does not include maintenance.
You can multiply 8 hours by 25 days and hourly rate of programmer work. And then how many users would use the feed without backfill?
10?

Best regards,
Tomasz Janeczko
