[amibroker] OT: Vista and XP RAM recognition problem

The "Crucial RAM" people just told me that when you have 4GB of installed RAM, Vista can only see about 3 to 3.5 GB of the installed 4 GB.  

XP has the same problem.  

 

Has anyone heard "WHEN" and or "IF" this will be fixed??    Ron Davis
