The time it takes varies with your machine speed, also with machine
settings.
30 min seems way too long. I finish similar in about 5 to 10 min. Never
timed it precisely.
Suggestions: Defragment your disk.
Optimize your AA settings. I think most important would be number of symbols
and allocated RAM.
