I found a way after the post. here it goes:

//-----------------------
buy = some condition;
short = some condition;

eod = TimeNum() == 160000;
a = Flip(Buy, eod);
b = Flip(Short, eod);
a = Ref(NOT(a+b),-1); 
Buy = Buy*a;
Short = Short*a;

//------------------------

Please advice for a better/different approach.
