[amibroker] What AB folders and files do I transfer to new laptop?

I want to transfer AB from my old laptop to my new laptop. I have
uninstalled Vista and installed WinXP Home (as on my current laptop).

I'm still entitled to upgrades, so I will simply download the latest
upgrade to my new laptop.

Question: what folders and files do I need to transfer to preserve my
current AB setup?  Are there any other things I need to do?
