[amibroker] Setting "Divisions" or "Groups" in Parameter Box

I found a code file in which there are dozens of paramter settings. The settings are "Grouped" into topics with a tree-like "plus" to expand and "minus" to hide the group of parameter statements.

 

How does one produce the Groups within the Parameter box?  Searching Help has not provided an answer.
