Understood.
I am talking about a vehicle that is a place for volunteers who want
to teach a little or a lot.
It is also somewhere where people who want to answer a forum question
once, and just point to it thereafter, can put their files in a
searchable and structured format.
There is a lot of knowledge shared in the forum but it tends to get
lost amongst the discussion.

It sounds like a good idea.
It might turn up in the UserKnowledgeBase one day.
