Things to check
(you may have already checked it but I just list
possible problems):
1.
check if .TLS file has "Read-only" flag
2. Preferences: do you use "case
sensitive tickers"?
3. Does it work when selected from Symbol->Watch
List->Sort (top
application menu)?
4. Is it dependent on number of
symbols in WL (for example create WL
with just 5 symbols and try
it).
