Hello,
Which fxbroker do you use?
If you use GFT for example, you can download data from them in ASCII format
using DealBookFX.
You should be aware that each FX broker/dealer has (slightly) different quotes
as there is no centralized single FX market.
So backtest ideas that you try on one data may or may not work on other broker's data,
mainly depending on how frequently you trade.
In frequent trading it is recommeded to use the data from your fx broker.
