Hello,

Simply double click on .JS file and see if it runs.
If not, it means that .JS extension is not registered properly
to be run with WSCRIPT.EXE 
(some 3rd party programs change associations and
this is causing problems).
In such case you would need to change .JS association
back to WSCRIPT.EXE (which is WIndows built-in script interpreter)
