I believe that Amon is talking about something above and beyond the standard parallel line-pitchfork drawing tools. Rather it sounds like he is asking for an Action-Reaction (Babson) drawing tool with the ability to draw many other lines and divisions. A gif showing this is attached.
He is also probably referring to other parallel line studies based on the Median Line (Andrews pitchfork), including Warning lines (similar to Action-Reaction applied to the pitchfork), and Schiff Median Lines (50% offset) for large, fast moves. A gif is attached showing both types of studies (a bit busy but it is all there).
