Hello,
Can not confirm that.
Does the value disappear OR does the *LINE* disappear?
The *line* may "disappear" if Y-value is outside min/max Y-axis scaling grid.
In such case you can MOVE chart in vertical direction to the desired level.
It is described in Basic Charting Guide:
