I've never seen a good explanation on the list as to why I must view a
chart for the symbol to start collecting data. First time the chart is
accessed, the backfill is preformed, and the symbol will collect and
display the data for the rest of the day. If a chart is not accessed during
the day, first access shows that no data was collected, but a backfill is
performed and all is well again. But what about all those symbols i don't
access daily? Well, their charts reveal that no data was collected or
saved.
