A cumulative advance decline only uses the advancing and declining
issues and does not use the unchanged issues. I changed your formula
to this:
_SECTION_BEGIN("AD LineNASDAQ");
//For Indicator builder
Plot(C, "Close", colorBlack, styleLine);
Plot( Cum(Foreign("ADV_QX", "x") - Foreign("DECLQX", "x")), "CumAD",
colorRed, styleLine + 32768);
_SECTION_END();
The above gives the same results as one I coded years ago.
