 Phsst -
True, I have seen some gaps on mutual fund data -
e.g. DFSCX a fund with a million dollar
minimum,  where the data has not been
adjusted for distributions over the years,

but in most all of the mutual funds like the ones
I use to derive signals
they are spot on, i.e. when I run a TRADE signal on
FastTrack and one
on AB/QP3 I get the same signal turns and the same
CARs. If you spot
and error the support group will handle it and
will very quickly add recent new issues on request.
Recent one was Aries Maritime and another was a name
change on FUSMX.

So I don't completely agree with a blanket statement
and like most issues
you can't toss the value of the QP mutual fund
data away with a headline or
a soundbite.

Best regards
JOE

Dan:  Great report and very well written.

Subject: [amibroker] Re: Report on Quotes
  Plus Data

<While I don't invest in Mutual Funds, I do like to use
them sometimes as economic indicators.   With TC, they are an
added cost item.  With Quotes Plus, they come as part of the standard
  package.>
Everything else you said about QP3 was accurate, but the
  above could be problematic...
QP3 Mutual Fund data is not dividend
  adjusted!
There are numerous previous posts related to this
  issue.
So depending upon how you use MF data as 'economic indicators',
it may or may not be an issue.
