Am assuming you are eyeballing and drawing a trendline
manually rather than using AFL to draw a trendline.
1. Add your selection of stocks to a watch list.
2. Use properties (right click on trendline you draw
to get to properties) to assign a study id.
3. After you update your database run a simple scan
for cross of trendlinevalue by the close or high.

ps: If I am not mistaken search in the help files for
study id. You will find an example that will tell you
how to do just this.
