Maybe something along the line of this is what you're thinking of?
Just a raw newbie's attempt, but this is what I use. Season it to
suit your own taste.:)
Plot( Ref(LLV(C,20),-1), "Lowest Low", ParamColor("Color",
colorRed ), ParamStyle("Style", 0, maskAll ) );
Plot(Ref( HHV(C,20),-1), "Highest High", ParamColor("Color",
colorRed), ParamStyle("Style", 0, maskAll ) );
