Hello,
Thank you for the greetings.
I think you should take a closer look at AmiBroker because
in fact it already has almost each and every feature you have mentioned as missing.
> Its Easy Language, scrolling of windows so you can see more than 7
> charts in one window itself,
Possible in AB currently. You can actually have UNLIMITED number of charts in single window.
> System testing, backtesting,
Also in AB currently and in way more sophisticated than in Tradestation
(i.e AmiBroker supports portfolio-level backtesting and optimization, while TS does NOT)
> portfolio management,
Present in AB.
> alerts,
already available in AB. See AlertIF function.
> various studies and vast indicators which have
> been written over all these years,
Yes we may have less indicators in AFL library
> applying one indicator over another indicator(Like RSI of CCI)
It was always possible, but now it is also VERY SIMPLE with
drag and drop interface
http://www.amibroker.com/video/dragdrop1.html
> In AMI you have to code for al lthese
Not true. With drag and drop interface you don't need to write code for
even complex indicators. As far as scanning / exploration codes are considered
there is a program called PowerScan http://www.amitools.com
that will write formulas for you.

??

As far as drawing objects are considered the charting is "object-oriented".
The new drag-drop interface for indicators gives you actually more than
classic "OO"-ala-metastock approch.
Why? Simply because AB's drag-drop writes actual formula for you that
you can LEARN FROM and use later in some other formulas.
AmiBroker's new interface glues drag-and-drop ease-of-use TOGETHER WITH power of formulas.
With classic ala-metastock approach, yes you can "drag" indicators
but ...nothing more... you can not see the "composite" formula you can not
learn how it is built and you can not reuse it.
Best regards,
Tomasz Janeczko
