[amibroker] Layout defalts to this

This is driving me crazy.  Since 4.60 and the 4.63.1 beta I have returned to the computer and found the attached display (Top toolbars in 4 rows instead of my one row, workspace and Interpretation each in a column, and the drawing and sizing toolbars on the right in 3 columns instead of one as when I left the computer.)

My computer is always on and connected to dsl behind a firewall.
