[amibroker] New eSignal plugin

Hello,

A new eSignal plugin maintenance update (1.7.6) has been released:

CHANGES 1.7.6 plugin
+ fixed problem with tick ordering in _tick_ databases  when more than 51 trades per second occurred
+ fixed problem with delayed update of last bar in end-of-day databases
+ addressed problem with eSignal data manager not being able to handle removing symbols from streaming list quickly enough
