You are not alone at least. I had the same problem when I ran it on my desktop. (The laptop works fine) It may have nothing to do with it but the desktop is running windows 2000 and the laptop XP

over my 4.60 install. It is now saying my install is unregistered. I
ran the registration program again but it still say's its
