Not in a straight forward way, unless your database is from Quotes Plus. With the Quotes Pus database, the fundamental data fields, and the GetExtraData function call you can get the Relative Strength rank (not just a similiar scalar that you can calculate in AB but a ranking based on the stocks universe you're scanning) and not sure about IRS.
There's been some work on this forum in developing rankings based on values that are calculated based on Open, Close, High, Low, and Volume. If you add the Open Interest field - that's all the data fields that you have on a typical Amibroker database interface. You can calculate relative strength rankings but that takes some work and other than AFL coding.

of 99. I filtered out stocks with less than 40,000 shares traded on
