[amibroker] Gann Hi-Low Activator

I would appreciate some help in plotting Gann hi-low activators.

The hi-low activator is 3 period simple moving average of the close plotted 
one period forward as a horizontal line - so you end up with a series of up 
and down staircases to the right of  price bars.
