I have a possibly related problem.  I never use any of the drawing tools. I
only use plotted indicator lines.  I  want my indicator plot lines to always
COVER  the title when they are in the same place on the chart. Hopefully,
someone on this board can explain how this can be accomplished.  TIA Ron D
