[amibroker] Can Title be made the Top Layer

I am using the custom Title feature to display many lines of stats on the
charts, eg, I have a column of info down the left side of a chart.

I find that the trend lines and text comments I put on charts are displaying
on top of the Title info making it unreadable.  Title info does display on
top of indicators and other plotted info.

My question is, can the Title text be made to "be on top of everything"?  

I have not found a way to do this so I am thinking it may (currently) not be
possible.  Comments please.
