I've been using Norton Antivirus for quite a long
time (works nice) but I keep away from their firewall stuff. I got Sygate
Personal Firewall and i'm pretty happy with it.

Hello,We all know how important online security is
(firewalls and anti virus software), especially for
traders.Yesterday I used the Windows XP updater, then the Norton
updater and now my Norton firewall slows my hi speed cable connection down
to a crawl.When I disable Norton internet securities firewall, I
am back up to blazing speed.Although Symantec usually issues an
update several days after problems occur, I have had enough with
Symantec!Can people provide recommendations as to which anti virus and
firewalls they use. I know some here use the Free versions of AVG and
Zone alarm, are they a good choice compared to Norton Internet
