not see why you would need a loop just make the sell the criteria you outlined
below.

Maybe someone can help with this....do I need a

Lets say we buy when we have a cross of 2 moving
averages...
Movingavg1=ema(c,10);
Movingavg2=ema(c,20);
buy=cross(movingavg1,movingavg2);
Now, we only want to stay in the trade if the
difference between the 2 moving averages is greater than the previous days
difference....and that difference should be greater by min. .05.....if the
difference is less than this, the rise is slowing...possible change of trend or
consolidation ...
