If a ticker bar is empty it either will not be there for unpadded data, or
will have zero volume and be a dash in padded data. Maybe use V==0 as a
filter for these?

When referencing a foreign ticker, how can I setup an interpretation to tell
if one of the bars in the ticker is empty.
I tried this but it doesn't seem to work...
