Sorry to say it but the clueless one appears to be you. AB is very powerful
software yet if you take the time to actually read the help files you will
see that it is also very simple. It comes with many simple indicators and
the library, found at the AB website, contains Many, Many more.
Take a look at the tutorials in the help file ( there is a whole section)
for basic help on how to "See" a chart.
Search "Amiquote" for information on how to use the FREE companion software
that allows you to import data from a variety of sources.
Choose a data supplier such as Quotes plus, Esignal or TC2000 and find that
AB reads this data seamlessly. If you have previously used Metastock , AB
can point to that database and read it with virtually no effort.
You might also find the inexpensive add on software "Powerscan"
http://www.amitools.com/ to be very helpful for developing scans and
explorations if you do not wish to learn how to code your ideas.
If you "Actually Trade" then you owe it to yourself and your portfolio to
take a few minutes and learn how to use this powerful software before you
diss it.....

This is a decent piece of software. Unfortunatly the developer has taylored
it to those who enjoy tinkering with softwere more than to those who need it
for trading. That eventually will be to to the developers regret. As proud
as he may be of having it that way,in no time at all some other developer is
going to write something that the people who need it can use. Certainly
there is something somewhere on the web site where the secrets of using the
program are reveald but time is valuable and people who actually trade need
to spend their time doing reesearch on the market. I'll bet that the
developer is totally clueless as to the number of people who don't register
because they never actually get to the point of looking at the charts they
want to see.
