Important notes:
NOTE 1: to update the archive with last 3 quarters (Apr-Dec 2003) it is completely enough to download just files 6. - 10. . Do not
download files 1..5 if you already have them.
Note 2: After downloading the files please check EXACT BYTE size. If it differs from numbers presented here it means that your
download is incomplete and you have to re-download. If you experience partial downloads you would need to delete Temporary Internet
Files used by Internet Explorer before re-try because IE tends to return partially downloaded file instead of re-downloading it. If
you are using modem or other slow connection it is advised to use GetRight or other download manager.
