I came from Metastock. I don't know an array from the Tooth Fairy,
or a parameter from a perambulator. Programming is something network
television executives do, and they are as bad at it as I am. I would
still never go back to MS.

You will get enough help here to get you started. Don't worry about
it. As for Equis "sanctioned" systems -- anything so in the public
like that is very unlikely to provide you with much of an edge, if
any, in the market. I am *sure* the program comes with a huge
disclaimer about no responsibility for losses incurred from trading
their systems. I ams also sure losses will be incurred. ^_-

You will have a slight advantage coming to AB if you do it before
messing your head up with MS coding ways. One of the problems for
many of us I think was *unlearning* MS ways of doing things. Since
you just bought MS, your head may not be too corrupted yet. ^^_^^ AB
is in some small ways not as user friendly as MS, but its
capabilities are much greater, and the user friendliness improves all
the time. And see if you can get an answer directly from the
developer at Equis . . . ever, not to mention an answer in 5 minutes,
and a granted request for some feature or enhancement that may be
implemented next week. Hell will not only freeze over, it will drop
to absolute zero before that happens.

I think Equis offers a time-limited refund, don't they? If so, I'd
take advantage of it.
