In case you missed it, look at my message # 53025 for some
ideas on how to implement using portfolio equity.

My broker's statement also gives the portfolio equity.  However, I
need to see the cash buying power and with the delay for settlement
date, I find that the actual cash buying power is incorrect.  That is 
the biggest reason that I use MSN Money Portfolio.  MSN treats the
sale as a same day settlement so my cash position truly represents
the actual case.
