Thanks Graham,

I'll check out any suggestions as
I'm known for doing silly things.
Checked all your points, no joy.
Did a system restore, just in case, no joy.

Silly response with the obvious
Does your database have data in it ? (check with quoteeditor)
Have you got anything clicked in Exclude in the AA filter box
Do you have a result in your scan or exploration. Maybe just no
results to report?
Did you set the alarm for AB to wake up gently, I find music the best
loud larms give it the jitters :)

Cheers,
Graham

Thanks Jayson
Checked the watchlists. No joy.
For some reason the engine
just won't kick in.

Gerard,
Check that you have not set your filter to an empty watchlist in AA
(apply to "use filter").

Subject: [amibroker] O Sleep, O Gentle Sleep, Nature's Soft
Nurse, How Have I Frighted Thee?

O sleep, O gentle sleep,
Nature's soft nurse, how have I frighted thee,
That thou no more wilt weigh my eyelids down
And steep my senses in forgetfulness?

So I stumble out of bed.
The intention, download data, run ATC scans.
Down comes data.
Click the scan button.
Nothing.
It sits there confounding me.
Set it up again Gerard.
I do.
Nothing.
An exploration on a different database?
Nothing.
Everything else seems to be working OK.
Scans & explorations on other Databases?
Nothing.

Methought I heard a voice cry `Sleep no more!
Sleep that knits up the ravell'd sleave of care,
The death of each day's life, sore labour's bath,
Balm of hurt minds, great nature's second course,
Chief nourisher in life's feast.

AB, maybe, has murdered sleep.

I'm in trouble plenty.
I'd appreciate your help.
