I'm using Amibroker beta version 4.46.3, and the TC2000 plug-in (tc2k.dll)
does not appear as a selection in my dialog box, either. However what does
appear in the TOOLS drop down menu list, 2 lines below the "Plug-ins..."
entry is another item : "TC2000/Quotes Plus data feed". I click on that and
then select the TC2000 tab, "Connect". I have "List type" at "For all
items in system" . Finally, click "Get tickers", then "Get quotes" for
whatever "Range" you select.
