Defragment your harddisk. Then it will take less time.
1. you may be creating some composite via AddToComposite
or otherwise change/modify database (change the watch lists, etc)
2. in that case the changes mentioned in 1. are lost
3. you can only turn off this message box in preferences
but then it will save data always.
