Hi Jason;
I've been perusing IBD. One of the things
O'Neill teaches is the importance of the "base". Which he defines as:
Base (and base patterns, base-building, price consolidation area, price
pattern).
Don't remember any discussion on this, or any
attempts to code this. Are you familiar with the idea?
