Thanks for the advise.  I will take it easy.  The only thing I argue 
about is how the job should be done, in this case trading.  Nothing 
wrong with that.  That is the only way for one to know what is the 
best way to do the job.  You may consider me unusually intense in 
whatever I do.  That is my nature.  One should try to learn as much 
as possible from others, no matter the source.  If I had not argued,  
others may not have intervened and I may not have learned much.  If I 
think I cannot learn from that person, I do not respond.
