Pal,
when dealing with complex systems and uncertain (it's tautological)
events you can't be sure of anything. You can only achieve a 'level of
confidence' in your conclusions measured by means of statistical tools
against the disposable data. Of course they could be falsified if new
data suggest new hypothesis.
But besides that there are only opinions.
