For the Archives and the info of
anyone interested I settled on
using StockNessMonster.com
The following URL always takes me
to their 'QUOTES' page, eg. for the
code BIR, Burswood Ltd.
http://stocknessmonster.com/stock-quote?S=BIR&E=au
TJ helpfully adjusted the code so
that the currently selected stock
in AB is automatically selected in
Profile view. TJ's code, which worked
fine after a couple of false stars
is as follows,
http://stocknessmonster.com/stock-quote?S={t}&E=au
Note his subtle change which may
help with other URLs.
