[amibroker] Attention Report Extractor users

Hello,

If you are Report Extractor (Rx) user and want to check out new backtester
in AmiBroker 4.42.0 you would need to temporarily disable RX.

RX installs so that it replaces the HTMLView.exe Report viewer that
is included with AmiBroker with RX's own executable, to intercept the
reports generated by AmiBroker.

Excerpt from the RX docs:
"The small program supplied by Amibroker used to view your back test reports (HtmlView.exe) is changed to HtmlViewA.exe and a copy
of Rx.exe is put into your Amibroker directory and renamed HtmlView.exe. This is done so that Rx (the version named HtmlView.exe)
can intercept the report, process it if it has any Rx commands in the formula, and then pass it on to the renamed viewer
(HtmlViewA.exe)."

Since RX is not aware of the way how new portfolio backtester works it generates
error message and does not allow to view report.

So, in order to work with new version you would need to RESTORE original HTMLView.exe
that came with AmiBroker. This could be done by renaming HTMLViewA.exe back to
HTMLView.exe
