Yuki,
Markets need to consolidate for the next leg up ( 3 month consolidation). Its normal!
I am no expert on the Nikkei but what I see is support here at 10,276 and 10,171 for a move up to 12,081. (10,459 is also support at the 50 Day MA)
The bottom for the HangSeng and the Nikkei was right at the worst SARS outbreak.
Although, I live in US I watch the Foreign Markets.
Look at the DAX (Yahoo symbol ^CDAXX) it gives you an indication of the next days trading for the US Market lately.
