The system works great and was an easy install. I had a few questions 
BEFORE the install (after I read the quick install guide) so I called 
tech support. 
A 10 minute wait maximum, and I had a techie help me reconfigure a 
few things I was concerned about on my laptop. I also inquired about 
security settings etc. To make a short story shorter..I had the 
router and the laptop card installed and running within 15 minutes, 
after my phone call. 
Another AB user (Bob) uses exactly the same setup, and had an easy 
install and good range as well.
