Hey, that thread's not so old :)
But I dropped it when I couldn't resolve the discrepancies.
I would use this:
(C-O)/(H-L)*V
but no matter how many bars I summed over, could not match the
internal indicator.
To normalize, you would take eg. a 20 bar sum of the above, and
divide by a 20 bar sum of volume.
